扩大背阔肌肌皮瓣在晚期乳腺癌改良根治术的应用
【摘要】目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后应用扩展型背阔肌肌皮瓣修复手术创面的疗效。方法10例晚期乳腺癌患者在乳腺癌改良根治术后,均采用以背阔肌肌皮瓣及胸背动脉营养的脂肪组织联合移位来修复手术创面。结果10例患者手术全部成功,经过6个月~3年随访,术后效果满意。结论扩大背阔肌肌皮瓣移位修复创面,克服了传统背阔肌肌皮瓣组织量不足的缺点,手术操作不复杂,成功率高,不失为一种较好的手术方法。【关键词】

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo study the therapeutic effects of repairing operative wound by using extended latissimus dorsi(ELD)muscul ocutaneous flap after modified radical mastectomy.MethodsModified radical mastectomy was carried out in 10 patients.And then the repair of wound was performed with ELD muscul ocutaneous flap in all patients.ResultsAll patients obtained the successful repair.All of cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years and excellent effect were obtained.ConclusionModified latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap to overcome the shortcoming of volume deficiency of traditional latissimus dorsi,and it is a safe and easy-manipulated surgical operation.
