【摘要】 目的 探讨B超引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗的肾囊肿疗效。方法 2005年1月至2007年12月在B超引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿69例。结果 59例肾囊肿均获得穿刺成功,术后随访1个月~2年,有效率100%,治愈率92%。结论 在B超引导下经皮穿刺注入无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿,方法简便易行、并发症少、疗效确切,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法。

    Effects on renal cysts in 69 case sclerotherapy by percutaneous puncture under ultrasonographic guidance

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on ultrasound guidance for treatment of renal cysts.Methods Renal cysts in 69 cases were treated.Anhydrous ethanol was injected into the cysts for sclerosis under the ultrasound guidance for percutaneous puncture procedures.Results All the 59 cases were punctured successfully and followed up 1 month to 2 years.The effectictive rate was 100%.The curative rate was 92%.Conclusion This method is easy to practice with less complications and good effects.Therefore,it can be chosen as the first selection for renal cyst diagnosis and treatment. ......
