复方虫草散剂治疗轻中度慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察复方虫草散剂治疗轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎,在肝功能复常、改善症状及抗乙型肝炎病毒方面的作用。方法 选择轻、中度慢性乙型肝炎病例,应用复方虫草散剂进行治疗,并与单用心肝宝和单用干扰素治疗进行对比观察,疗程均为6个月,观察患者治疗前后肝功能、临床症状及乙肝病毒标志物的变化情况。结果 在肝功能复常方面,治疗组优于两对照组,尤其是近期疗效明显,统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05);在临床症状改善方面,治疗组优于两对照组(P<0.05);在HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转方面,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 复方虫草散剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎能明显改善症状、恢复肝功能,且副反应小。

Clinic resach of Cordyceps sinensis powder in the treatment of Mild to Moderate chronic hepatitis B

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the clinic values of Cordyceps sinensis powder in treatment of Mild to Moderate chronic hepatitis B,which may have any effects,include improve liver function、improve symptoms、anti-hepatitis B virus.Methods We chose the patients who infected hepatitis B virus in the mild to moderate chronically,Cordyceps sinensis powder treated group compare with other two groups:Xin Gan Bao capsule treated group and interferon treated group,to observe the clinic values of three groups include improve liver function、improve symptoms、anti-hepatitis B virus effects.Results Cordyceps sinensis powder treated group was better in improving liver function、improving symptoms,especially in Short-term efficacy,and have statistically significant difference(P<0.05),there were no statistically significant difference in HBeAg,HBV-DNA shifting negative(P>0.05).Conclusion Cordyceps sinensis powder may have good effects,include improve liver function、improve symptoms,and less Adverse Reactions

慢性乙型肝炎是影响我国人民健康的一种常见病,而且是感染性疾病中的顽症,临床上缺乏理想的治疗药物。慢性乙肝的治疗,一直是广大医务工作者不断探索的领域;目前,临床上以中医药成分为主的具有免疫调节、退黄、降酶、保肝作用的药物仍发挥着十分重要的作用,为此,笔者用冬虫夏草与其他中药制剂联合进行治疗,以观察复方虫草散剂的临床疗效。
1 资料与方法
1.1 病例选择 临夏州医院感染科自2003~2007年的门诊及住院患者123例,病例均符合2000年10月西安“病毒性肝炎防治方案[1]、慢性肝炎诊断标准”,随机分成3组,治疗组41例,年龄18~52岁,平均33.6岁,男28例,女13例,病程1~18年,轻度18例,中度23例。对照A组44例,年龄17~54岁,平均35.5岁,男30例,女14例,病程1~21年,轻度19例,中度25例 ......
