厄贝沙坦对维吾尔族老年高血压左心室肥厚和舒张功能的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨厄贝沙坦的降压疗效及对维吾尔族老年高血压患者左心室肥厚和舒张功能的影响。方法 对130例1~2级原发性老年高血压患者给予口服厄贝沙坦150~300 mg治疗6个月周,观察治疗前后血压及心率变化。用M型超声心动图测量治疗前后舒张末期左心室内径(LVDd)、室间隔厚度(IVSD)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWD)。采用多普勒超声心动图观察二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值速度(E)、舒张晚期峰值速度(A)及E峰减速时间(DT),计算E/A比值。结果 患者治疗12周后各项指标与治疗前比较,血压明显下降(P<0.05),E明显升高、A明显降低(P<0.05),E/A值明显升高(P<0.05)。LVID、IVST、LVPWT、LVMI较治疗前明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论 厄贝沙坦可显著降低血压,改善老年原发性高血压左心室肥厚和舒张功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influences of Irbesartan on left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic function in aged uygur patients with essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with 1-2stage essential hypertension were given Irbesartan 100~300 mg/d for twenty-four weeks.The change of blood pressure and heart beat before and after treatment was observed.The index of left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVDd),interventricular septal diameter(IVSD),left ventricular posterior wall diameter(LVPWD)which reflecting the left ventricular hypertrophy
