子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2和MMP-9的表达及临床意义(2)

本研究显示COX-2和MMP-9在子宫内膜癌组织中存在共表达,其表达均显著高于正常子宫内膜组织,分析其原因是子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2高表达引起MMP-9高表达,MMP-9降解细胞外基质,共同促进肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移,应用选择性COX-2抑制剂治疗子宫内膜癌可能起到一定疗效。COX-2可能通过诱导MMP-9的表达而促进子宫内膜癌新生血管的形成和侵袭转移,但具体机制尚不清楚,需进一步研究证实。
