【摘要】 目的 探讨血清抑制素B、窦卵泡数检测值在预测高龄不育妇女卵巢储备功能方面的临床价值。方法 检测50例年轻健康人群中月经正常的育龄妇女及50例高龄不育妇女血清抑制素B值,采用(经阴道和腹部联合)超声检查方式对所有研究对象卵巢的体积、窦卵泡数、卵巢皮质血流情况进行测量,对卵巢储备功能进行监测。结果 血清中抑制素B水平检测值正常妇女组为(71.12±29.23)pg/ml,高龄不育组为(13.67±9.23)pg/ml,统计学分析示两组间差异有统计学意义。正常组窦卵泡数>15,高龄不育组<10,两组比较亦有统计学意义。结论 血清抑制素B水平是反映卵巢储备功能的直接指标,较FSH、E2和FSH/LH比值更早期、更敏感;对预测卵巢储备功能具有一定的临床价值。窦卵泡计数也是反映卵巢储备能力的一项重要指标。

The clinical research to forecast ovarian reserve founction of old infertility women by measuring the spectrum of serum inhibin concentrations、the counts of antrum ovarian follicle

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of measuring metrical spectrum of serum inhibin B concentrations and the count of antrum ovarian follicle in forecasting ovarian reserve founction.Methods One group,we choose fifty women who have normal menstruation from the young and healthy people;And another group,we choose fifty women who are elder infertility people.Next we measure there all serum inhibin level,and measure the volumes of the ovary,the counts of antrum ovarian follicle,the ovarian cortex blood flow by ultrasound(per vagina and abdomen association).The purpose is to monitor the ovarian reserve function.Results One group,the serum inhibin B level of healthy women is(71.12±29.23)pg/ml;And another group is(13.67±9.23)pg/ml.The statistics analyses instruct there is significant difference between two groups.At the same time,the count of antrum ovarian follicle in healthy women is more than fifteen and another group is less than ten.There is significant difference between the two groups,too.Conclusion The level of serum inhibin B concentrations is the direct index to reflect the ovarian reserve function;It is more sensitive and earlier than the level of FSH、E2 and FSH/LH.It has determinate clinical value to forecast the ovarian reserve function.The count of antrum ovarian follicle is also one of the important index to reflect the ovarian reserve function.
