艾迪联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 为提高疗效,改善患者生活质量,降低毒副反应,本研究对艾迪联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒副反应及对生存质量的影响进行了比较。方法 将86例患者随机分成两组。单纯化疗组(对照组)43例,采用HAP方案:HCPT 10 mg,静脉滴注,d1~5,EPI 50~70 mg,静脉滴注,d1,DDP 40 mg,静脉滴注,d1~3,3周为一周期。艾迪联合化疗组(艾迪组)43例,化疗方案同对照组,同时给予艾迪注射液100 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液或氯化钠注射液400 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,每个月连用10 d为1个周期。两周期治疗结束后对其近期疗效、毒副反应及生存质量进行评价。结果 艾迪组有效率为52%,对照组为32%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)。两组治疗后的生存质量差异有统计学意义(t=6.6,P<0.05)。艾迪组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,且发生的程度较轻。结论 艾迪联合化疗能提高有效率,降低不良反应,改善患者的生存质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Aidi injection in treament ofadvanced Non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with Non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into two groups.That is group of chemotherapy and group of chemotherapy combioned with Aidi injection.The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were evaluated after two cycle treatment.Results The complete and partial remission rate(CR+PR)of group chemotherapywas lower than that of group chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection(P<0.05);the stable rate of group chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection had a better effect than that of group chemotherapy(P<0.05);the statle rate of group chemotherapy combined with Aidi injection had a better effect of raising the quality of life and weight than that of group chemotherapy(P<0.05);the rate of bone marrow depression in group chemotherapy combioned with Aidi injection was lower statistically than that in group chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection could alleviate the symptoms,improve the quality of life in the advanced Non-small cell lung cancer patients, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.

肺癌是临床上较为常见的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌约占75%~80%[1]。化疗是中晚期非小细胞肺癌常用的治疗方法。作者自2006年3月至2007年12月采用HAP(羟基喜树碱+表阿霉素+顺铂;HCPT+EPI+DDP)化疗方案联合艾迪治疗非小细胞肺癌43例,并与单纯HAP方案化疗的43例非小细胞肺癌患者进行对比,效果满意,现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 86例患者均为经病理学证实的非小细胞肺癌,且有可测量病灶,临床分期采用1997 UICC联盟的非小细胞肺癌标准。其中男49例,女37例,年龄37~75岁,中位年龄58岁;鳞癌42例,腺癌32例,腺鳞癌12例; 全部为初治患者,KPS评分70~100分 ......
