保和丸联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃石症36例观察
【摘要】 目的 探讨保和丸联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃石症临床疗效。方法 口服保和丸4丸,3次/d,奥美拉唑40 mg,静脉滴注或口服,2次/d。结果 所有患者均于用药1~3周胃石消失。结论 保和丸联合质子泵抑制剂是治疗胃石症经济有效的治疗方法。【关键词】 胃石症; 保和丸; 质子泵抑制剂

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of therapeutic alliance for gastrolith with Pill for Promoting Digestion(Bao he wan pill)and proton pump inhibitor.Methods Pill for Promoting Digestion(Bao he wan pill):PO 4 pills tid,omeprazole:40 mg,PO or iv gtt,bid.Results After medication,all gastrolith disappeared in 1-3weeks.Conclusion The therapeutic alliance of Pill for Promoting Digestion(Bao he wan pill)and proton pump inhibitor is a cost-effective treatment perscription of Gastrolithiasis.
