【摘要】 目的 探讨进展性脑梗死的临床治疗。方法 回顾分析我院84例临床治疗因素的进展性脑梗死患者。结果 进展因素与降血压治疗不当,血糖控制不良,使用能量合剂及胞二磷胆碱等影响能量代谢药物的临床治疗因素有关。结论 进退性脑梗死治疗过程中应尽量避免引起脑梗死的临床治疗因素,降低其发生率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To esplore the inatrgenic factors progressive stroke.Methods 84 cases of progressive stroke with the inatrgenic factors were analyzed retrospectively.Results The advaced elements consist of insuiatble insuitable reducing blood pressure.Uncontrolled blood sugar level,prescribing energy-miaxtuic factors for progressive stroke intreating cereralinfarction.Conclusion It’sbetterthatanoidtheimatrgenicfactors in the treatment of Progressive cerebral infarction.
