【摘要】 目的 探讨非接触式眼压计(noncontact tonometer,NCT)测量中提示错误的相关因素及其护理对策。方法 回顾性分析用NCT进行眼压测量过程中出现提示错误(显示为Err)的患者168例的临床资料,分析相关因素后,采取护理干预措施。结果 提示错误的相关因素有眼球固视不良、眼压过高、角膜有病变及心理因素等。结论 应用NCT进行测量眼压的过程中可受某些因素的影响,根据错误提示信号,给予有针对性的护理干预措施,可提高NCT测量的准确性。
