【摘要】 从多普勒超声与心导管技术监测肺动脉高压的结果是否具有一致性、多普勒超声监测肺循环血流动力学改变在心脏病介入治疗期与心脏移植术中的应用、多普勒超声监测小儿肺循环血流动力学改变以及多普勒超声监测肺循环血流动力学改变对不同生理(病理)状态,不同生活环境人群是否具有普适性等方面,对国内外多普勒超声监测肺循环血流动力学的临床研究做一综述。并对其可能的临床应用作出提示。

    【Abstract】 There is a review over clinical researches on Doppler ultrasound to monitoring hemodynamics changes of pulmonary circulation in domestic and foreign areas,such as:whether the results are consistent in monitoring pulmonary hypertension by mean of Doppler ultrasound and cardiac catheterization,applications of Doppler ultrasound monitoring in pulmonary hemodynamic changes during interventional treatment of heart disease and heart transplantation and in monitoring hemodynamic changes in pulmonary circulationforchidren;and whether it can bepplicated to everone in different physiological(or pathological)states and different living environments in monitoring hemodynanic changes in pulmonary circulation by ues of Dopller ultrasound.Moreover,Possibleclinical applications are pointed out here. ......
