痔疮外洗液在混合痔术后应用的临床观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 评价中药痔疮外洗液坐浴对混合痔术后并发症及促进创面愈合的疗效。方法 设治疗组40 例与对照组40例, 治疗组采用痔疮外洗液坐浴治疗, 对照组则以1∶5000 高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。结果 治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05), 且其对水肿、疼痛、出血的疗效较对照组好(P<0.01)。结论 痔疮外洗液对混合痔术后并发症的疗效显著, 并能促进创面愈合。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of hip bath with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion on the complication and wound healing ofthe patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 40 patients were equally randomized into the treatment group and the contrast group, the treatment group was treated with hip bath therapy with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion; the contrast group was treated with bath therapy with 1 ∶ solution of 5000 potassium permanganate.Results Theresult suggeststhat the cure rate of treatment group is much higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and it has a definite effect on the complication of pain, edema and bleeding(P<0.01), So it hastheefficacyofalleviatinginflammation, swelling and pain,and ofquickeningwound healing. Conclusion It is a effective treatment of hip bath with chinese drugs haemorrhoid lotion ontreating the complication and wound healing ofthe patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.

痔疮是肛肠病中最常见的疾病,我国民间有“十人九痔”之说。外剥内扎法是目前治疗混合痔最常用的手术方法之一[1],术后由于创面开放、粪便经常污染,易导致感染,伤口愈合慢,疗程长,并发症多。肛门水肿、疼痛、出血是混合痔术后的常见并发症, 也是患者害怕手术的原因之一。如何加快创面的愈合,减少术后并发症的发生是目前亟待解决的难题之一。我们采用中药痔疮外洗液坐浴治疗混合痔术后患者,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下。
1 临床资料
1.1 病例纳入对象 按混合痔的诊断标准确诊为混合痔[2],而且符合手术指征的住院患者。术式均为:外剥内扎术。无年龄、体重要求。自愿配合本研究,自愿作为观察对象,接受应用观察的患者。
1.2 排除标准 ①不遵医嘱治疗者;②中途退出者;③合并有糖尿病、肝硬化晚期、妊娠妇女禁止坐浴者。
1.3 一般资料 入选的80例均为2009年1月至2010年6月间的住院患者。按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组中,男25例,女15例;年龄18～72岁,平均45 ......
