膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的MRI诊断(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对交叉韧带囊肿的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析12例资料完整的交叉韧带囊肿MRI表现并与关节镜手术对照。结果 12例中发生于前交叉韧带内3例;后交叉韧带内1例;紧贴后交叉韧带后方1例;前后交叉韧带之间7例。MRI诊断交叉韧带囊肿与关节镜手术符合率100%。结论 MRI能清晰显示交叉韧带囊肿的部位、形态、大小以及与周围结构的关系,是唯一能够确立诊断、指导治疗的有效手段。【关键词】 磁共振成像;膝关节;交叉韧带;囊肿

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis valueof MRI for cruciate ligaments cyst. Methods 12 cases were retrospectively analyzed the data of the anterior cruciate ligament cyst MRI showed and arthroscopic surgery. Results Found in 12 cases of anterior cruciate ligament in 3 patients, 1 cases of after a cruciate ligament, after posterior cruciate ligament to 1.Between the anterior and the posterior cruciale ligament in 7 patients. MRI diagnosis cruciate ligament cyst and arthroscopic surgery coincidence rate was 100%. Conclusion MRI can clearly show the cruciate ligaments cyst, shape, size and structure of the relationship, and the diagnosis, treatment can establish the effective means. ......
