[摘要] 目的 探讨外伤致死急救处理中容易漏诊的原因。方法 回顾性分析2006～2008年间与医疗有关的15例外伤致死已做尸解的病例资料。结果 最常见漏诊的疾病是颅脑损伤，其次是心血管损伤，再者为复合伤中的内脏出血，少见的情况是臀部刀伤导致髂内静脉的断裂。结论 在急救中应仔细判断病情，认真观察病情变化，及时结合各种检查，并及时准确诊断是急救成功的关键。
