     [摘要] 目的 探讨Survivin在人脑星形细胞瘤的表达及与星形细胞瘤发生发展之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测53例脑星形细胞瘤组织和10例正常脑组织标本中Survivin的表达水平。结果 Survivin在正常脑组织无表达；在脑星形细胞瘤组织中Survivin的表达阳性率为64.1%，且随星形细胞瘤病理级别的增高而表达增强(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin的高表达与脑星形细胞瘤的恶性进展有关。
