[摘要] 目的 观察甘利欣对化疗过程中药物性肝损害的预防作用。方法 将36例选用NP方案化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，在化疗过程中分别用甘利欣(治疗组)和肌苷(对照组)静滴，观察化疗前后肝功能的变化。结果 治疗组化疗后ALT无明显变化，对照组化疗后ALT明显异常。结论 甘利欣能预防化疗过程中的药物性肝损害。
