[摘要] 目的 探讨达因-35治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 将65例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组34例和观察组31例。对照组应用结合雌激素片,观察组应用达因-35,观察两组临床疗效。结果 经治疗后观察组控制出血与完全止血时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),且止血有效率(96.8% )高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 达因-35治疗青春期功血疗效显著,止血迅速,使用方便,副作用小,患者易于接受。

    Effect of Diane-35 on Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo probe into the clinical effect of Diane-35 on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. MethodsSixty-five cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomized into control group(34 cases) and observation group(31cases). Control group was treated with conjugated estrogen tablets and treatment group with Diane-35. ResultsAfter treatment ,the effect on controlling bleeding and time of complete bleeding stopping in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05),and the bleeding stopping rate(100%) was superior to that of control group(P<0.05). ConclusionDiane-35 has a significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and stops bleeding rapidly,with convenient administration and less side effect ,and is apt to be accepted by patients. ......
