[摘要] 目的 观察易善复与苦参素联合治疗乙肝肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 选择病毒性肝炎乙型合并肝纤维化患者83例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组43例,对照组40例,治疗组应用易善复加苦参素,对照组应用复方丹参治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果 治疗组在临床症状、肝功能、肝纤维化指标及病毒学指标的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且无明显副作用。结论 易善复与苦参素联用可以明显改善乙肝肝纤维化,并且对乙肝病毒有明显的抑制作用。

    Combination of Essential and Oxymatrine in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo study clinical efficacy of combination of Essential and Oxymatrine in hepatitis B liver fibrosis. MethodsEighty-three patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. There were 43 csaes in the treatment group receiving Essential and Oxymatrine,and the control group(n=40) receiving compound red saqe root,both for 3 months. Results Clinical symptoms,the index of liver function,hepatic fibrosis and virus in treatment group were obviously improved,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01) and without any obviously side effect. ConclusionEssential combined with Oxymatrine can significantly improve hepatitis B liver fibrosis,and inhibit hepatitis B virus. ......
