[摘要] 目的 探讨合适的方法对骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的患者的基础护理。方法 对62例不稳定骨盆骨折或骨盆壁骨折合并有尿道损伤的患者进行对比护理观察,并进行统计分析。结果 对全部护理观察组患者结果显示未出现一例严重并发症,对患者预后心理和生理恢复有着积极意义。结论 通过精心的基础及心理护理可以有效的使患者恢复并避免严重并发症的产生,提高治愈率。

    Nursing of 62 Cases of Urethral Injury Complicating Pelvic Fracture

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing methods for urethral injury complicating multi-pelvic fracture. MethodsThe effective nursing of 62 patients with urethral injury,scrotum aemat oma,visceral injury and unstable pelvic fracture were analysed retrospectively. ResultsAfter the timely observation,right treatment and careful nursing cares,none patients occured serious complications,it brought about satisfactory effects. ConclusionTimely and correct observation,right treatment are essential for the health,reducing complications and improving cure ratio.
