     [摘要] 目的 探讨螺旋CT及其后处理功能在肩胛骨骨折中的应用价值。方法 33例肩胛骨骨折患者经薄层螺旋CT扫描后利用三维重建(SSD)和多层面重建(MPR)后处理功能显示骨折,并与DR片进行比较。结果 肩胛骨骨折线分别在DR、薄层CT轴位相、SSD及MPR显示率分别为91%、100%、91%及100%;肩胛骨折骨片移位在DR、薄层CT轴位相、SSD及MPR显示率分别为78%、100%、100%及100%。结论 螺旋CT及其后处理功能能为肩胛骨骨折诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息。

    Application of Spiral CT and its 3D Function in Scapula Fractures

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo discuss clinical significance of spiral CT and its postprocessing function in evaluation of scapula fractures. MethodsThirty-three cases with scapula fractures were examined by thin-layer spiral CT and imaging reconstruction. The results were compared with DR. ResultsScapular fracture line in DR,thin-layer CT phase axis,SSD and MPR showedrates were 91%,100%,91% and100% respectively.apular fracture bone fragments shift in DR,thin-layer CT phase axis,SSD and MPR shows that rates were 78%,100%,100% and 100% respectively. ConclusionSpiral CT and its postprocessing function can provid valuable information for the diagnosis and treatment of scapula fracture. ......
