[摘要] 目的 评价可吸收棒髓内固定治疗手足短管状骨骨折的可行性及疗效。方法 应用可吸收棒髓内固定治疗68例(101处)手足短管状骨骨折,并分析疗效。结果 所有病例均得到定期随访,骨折均在术后8周临床愈合,无严重并发症,关节活动良好。X线结果显示多数病例在8～10个月后痊愈。结论 本法用于短管状骨骨折治疗,固定牢靠,缩短骨折愈合时间,效果理想,避免了二次手术。

    Treatment of Hand and Foot Bone Fractures with Absorbable Rods

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the availability and effect of fixation of the fractures of hand and foot short bones with with absorbable rods. Methods68 cases with 101 fractures of short bones were fixed using absorbable rods,and the effect was analyzed. ResultsAll the patients were followed up,and all fractures recovered in 8 weeks without serious complication. And the joints rang of motion was restored.Acording to the X-ray,majority were healing in 8～10 months. ConclusionThe operation provides rigid fixation,satisfactory effect. The operation has become popular for its avoidance of a second operation to remove the internal fixation and shortem fracture healing time. ......
