[摘要] 目的 评价膝关节镜手术配合其他疗法治疗骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 采用滑膜部分切除、骨赘咬除、半月板修整或成形、游离体摘除、软骨修整、软骨下骨钻孔等方法配合其他多种疗法冶疗骨性关节炎病例110例,左膝36例,右膝74例。结果 所有病人随访,平均随访16个月,优良率为93.6%,差6.4%。结论 关节镜手术配合其他疗法是治疗早、中期膝骨性关节炎的一种较好的方法,具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效确切等优点,值得推荐。

    Comprehensive Therapy for Knee Degenerative Diseases Following Arthroscopic Debridement

    [Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapy efficacy of osteoarthritis by using arthroscopic debridement together with others treatments. Methods All 110 patients were treated by using arthroscopic debridement,with the left knee involved in 36 cases and the right knee involved in 64,and the arthroscopic debridement including synovectomy,meniscus repair,removal of loose bodies,articular cartilage repair and subchondral bone drilling together with others treatments was used for osteoarthritis. ResultsAll cases were followed up for an average of 16 months,and the excellent rates was 93.6% and the unsatisfactory rate was 6.4%. ConclusionArthroscopic debridement combined with others treatmentsis a good choice in the treatment of early and mid-term knee osteoarthritis with less injury and rapid recovery. ......
