神经生长因子对脑梗死大鼠的神经保护作用

[摘要] 目的 观察鼠神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)对脑缺血大鼠的神经保护作用。方法 建立MCAO大鼠模型,研究NGF对脑缺血大鼠脑梗死体积和行为学评分的影响。结果 NGF能够减少MCAO大鼠脑梗死体积和行为学评分(P<0.05)。结论 NGF可以明显减小脑梗死体积,其对脑梗死大鼠具有明显的神经保护作用。

[Abstrct] ObjectiveTo evaluate the neuroprotective effects of nerve growth factor(NGF) on cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods A rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury was established by the middle cerebral artery embolization(MCAO). The infarct volume and behavioral score were recorded to evaluate the protective effect of progesterone on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
