降落PCR扩增人类常染色体STR D15S128(1)
[摘要] 目的 优化PCR程序,尝试用降落PCR扩增人类常染色体STR D15S128。方法 用普通PCR和降落PCR扩增人类常染色体STR D15S128。结果 普通PCR扩增产物有非特异带,降落PCR无非特异带。结论 降落PCR简化了普通PCR中摸索最适退火温度的过程,可以一步找到人类常染色体STR D15S128的退火温度,是一种高效率的PCR方法。

Touchdown PCR for Amplification of Human Autosomal STR D15S128

[Abstract] Objective To optimize PCR program and try to amplify human autosomal STR D15S128 by touchdown PCR(TD-PCR).Methods We used both common PCR and TD-PCR to amplify human autosomal STR D15S128. Results Ordinary amplification showed non-specificity band and TD-PCR showed no non-specificity band. Conclusion Compared with ordinary PCR,TD-PCR is simple and effective.
