经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术对肺功能的影响

[摘要] 目的 观察二尖瓣狭窄患者经皮球囊成形术治疗前后肺功能变化。方法 经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术前72h、术后72h内进行心脏超声及定量肺功能测量。结果 1.术后左房径及右房、室径缩小,左房压降低(P<0.01);2.二尖瓣狭窄患者各项肺功能指标均较术前有明显增高(P<0.01),尤其是小气道功能改善更为显著;3.第1秒时间肺活量术后与术前之差与左房径术后与术前之差、左房收缩压及左房平均压术后与术前之差呈负相关(r分别为-0.3、-0.3、-0.4)。结论 经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术能提高肺功能及降低气道高反应性。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the changes of pulmonary function after percutaneous balloon mitra valvulopasty(PBMV) in 41 cases of mitral stenosis(MS).
