[摘要] 约30%的医院感染是由医务人员的手传播细菌而造成的,因此手卫生是控制医院感染传播的重要措施之一;医务人员的手卫生问题越来越受到人们的关注。本文对近年来手卫生与医院感染相关调查结果加以阐述,特别是对手卫生的现状和影响因素进行了系统的梳理和讨论。
