蒲地蓝口服液治疗孕妇智齿冠周炎的疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 观察蒲地蓝口服液治疗孕妇智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择156例孕妇患智齿冠周炎的病例,随机分为两组,患牙冠周盲袋用3%双氧水和0.9%氯化钠注射液交替冲洗,拭干后,试验组用蒲地蓝棉捻置于盲袋内局部上药,对照组用碘甘油棉捻置于盲袋内局部上药,两组治疗均为1次/d,观察1~5d的疗效,进行对比分析。结果 试验组81例中,痊愈52例、好转23例、无效6例,总有效率92.6%;对照组75例中,痊愈17例,好转32例,无效26例,总有效率65.3%.两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 蒲地蓝口服液用于孕妇智齿冠周炎疗效显著,且安全可靠。
