化痰五味散对慢性支气管炎模型作用的实验研究

     [摘要] 目的 通过实验观察化痰五味散对慢性支气管炎模型的作用。方法 采用豚鼠组胺引喘实验、豚鼠离体气管条实验、小鼠二氧化硫引咳实验及抗炎实验,对化痰五味散的平喘、止咳、抗炎作用进行实验研究。结果 化痰五味散可明显延长引喘潜伏期,对组胺引起的豚鼠离体气管条收缩具有较好的抑制作用,明显延长二氧化硫所致小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,具有改善慢性支气管炎性病变的作用。结论 化痰五味散具有明显平喘、止咳、抗炎作用,可用于慢性支气管炎的治疗。
