彩色多普勒超声对32例甲状腺癌的临床诊断价值分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺癌超声声像图特征情况及血流信号检测情况。方法 选择2005年12月～2008年12月我院就诊的甲状腺癌患者32例,分析甲状腺癌的声像图表现,及超声诊断数与病理诊断符合率及血流信号检测情况。结果 甲状腺癌的病理、手术对照完全符合病例是29例,超声诊断符合率为90.63%。32例甲状腺癌的声像图表现为低回声结节,病变边界不整,或欠规则,内部结构较周围甲状腺组织致密,砂砾样钙化,后方回声衰减。结论 应用彩色多普勒观察癌症病灶周围及其内部的血流情况,对甲状腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床价值。
