[摘要] 随着我国医疗改革的不断推进,患者对医疗服务的需求呈全方位、多样化的趋势,出现了医患需求不相适应的局面,医患矛盾不断加剧和升级,医疗纠纷日益增加。本文对某三甲医院1例典型的临床案例进行分析与讨论,分析医患纠纷产生原因及现状,并对现今社会的重大医患纠纷的处理提出了建议。
