解毒祛瘀滋阴方对MRL/lpr小鼠粘附分子表达的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨解毒祛瘀滋阴方可能的作用机制。方法 以MRL/lpr小鼠80只,分成4组采用RT-PCR技术检测各组肾组织ICAM-1和VCAM-1的mRNA表达水平。结果 解毒祛瘀滋阴方合用激素组ICAM-1和VCAM-1mRNA表达低于其他各组。结论 解毒祛瘀滋阴方合用激素能有效降低MRL/lpr小鼠肾组织ICAM-1和VCAM-1mRNA表达水平。
