妊娠合并糖尿病对新生儿的影响研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对新生儿的影响。方法 我院2008年4月～2009年2月将92例孕妇分为观察组(妊娠合并糖尿病患者)43例和对照组(正常孕妇)49例,对两组新生儿的情况进行比较分析。结果 观察组新生儿的早产率、畸形率、低血糖及呼吸窘迫综合征的发生率均明显高于对照组。结论 妊娠合并糖尿病对新生儿有明显的不良影响,孕期应积极控制控制血糖。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of gestational diabetes on neonatal babies. Methods We divided 92 pregnant women in our hospital from April 2008 to Feb 2009 into observation group(n=43,gestational diabetes) and control group(n=49,normal pregnant women). A comparative analysis of newborns was made between the two groups. Results The premature delivery rate,the deformity rate,the incidence of hypoglycemia and the incidence of respiratory distress syndrome in the newborns of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion Gestational diabetes has a significant adverse impact on newborns,and blood glucose should be actively controlled during pregnancy.
