护理干预对改善晚期癌症患者生存质量的影响研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对改善晚期癌症患者临终期生存质量的影响,为护理干预在晚期癌症患者临终护理方面的广泛应运提供科学依据。方法 参照我国于1990年制定的肿瘤病人的生活质量评分(QOL)标准,将62例入住我院经确诊为癌症晚期的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组除常规临终护理外,给予积极的护理干预措施,对照组只给予常规临终护理。结果 试验组与对照组按(QOL)评分,结果经统计学处理有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预对晚期癌症患者生存质量的改善有积极意义,值得在临床推广应用。
