护理干预下腰硬联合麻醉不良反应发生率的对比

[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预措施对腰硬联合麻醉下病人不良反应发生率的影响。方法 将46名行腰硬联合麻醉病人随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在麻醉前、麻醉中给予系统、完整的护理干预,对照组按常规进行护理,麻醉后观察病人的不良反应。结果 干预组病人在腰硬联合麻醉中发生血压下降、心率缓慢、呼吸抑制、恶心、呕吐等不良反应机率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理干预措施能减少腰硬联合麻醉不良反应的发生,使病人平静、安全的地渡过过手术难关。
