衡阳县农村社区居民卫生服务需求与利用调查

[摘要] 目的了解衡阳县农村社区居民卫生服务的需求及利用的基本情况和特点。方法采用多阶抽样方法,从全县26个乡镇893个行政村(居委会)中随机抽取600户,年龄≥15岁的农村社区居民进行入户调查。结果被调查人群的两周患病率为13.39%,慢性病患病率为11.69%,两周就诊率为12.05%,应就诊而未就诊率为30.81%,社区卫生服务站的利用率为40.16%,对社区卫生服务总的满意度为78.81%。结论衡阳县需要不断完善农村社区卫生服务的相关政策,加大社区卫生服务站的投入,满足农村居民的医疗需求,提高社区卫生服务的利用率。
