     [摘要] 目的 通过对北京地区各医院所应用的国内外HIS产品进行调查研究,了解各自的优劣势。为不同医院选择HIS软件提供指导。方法 采用问卷调查及个人访谈的研究方法,对北京地区的46家三级甲等医院的信息部门管理者和HIS软件维护人员进行调查。采用统计学SPSS12.0软件进行处理,符合正态分布者,采用t检验处理计量资料,采用χ2检验处理计数资料。结果 国内软件在北京地区三甲医院中使用率高,在运营时间和使用寿命上与国外软件无显著性差异,但稳定性相对较低,系统结构设计前瞻性较差。结论 使用国内HIS软件无须进行本土化改造,能够适应北京地区三甲医院的管理规范及临床需求。
