派丽奥联合瘘道搔刮术治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 观察派丽奥软膏配合瘘道搔刮术治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法 对82例有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的患者,随机分为两组,实验组(派丽奥)采用局部瘘道搔刮后派丽奥注入,对照组(浓台液)采用局部瘘道搔刮后浓台液注入,用药2周后,观察瘘道愈合效果。结果 实验组有效率92.68%,对照组有效率73.17%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 派丽奥配合瘘道搔刮术治疗有瘘型慢性根尖周炎疗效明显,值得推广。
