健康体检者高血压人群血脂异常的调查分析

[摘要] 目的 了解高血压人群中血脂异常的情况。方法 对本地区980例高血压患者进行血脂的测定,并对检测数据进行统计分析。结果 本组980例高血压患者血脂的异常率为53.1%,男女性别间的血脂异常比较差别不大,分别行统计分析显示均没有统计学意义(P>0.05);随着高血压级别的增加,TC、TG的异常率也随着增加,统计分析显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高血压患者中有一半以上合并有血脂代谢异常,且血压与血脂异常成正相关。
