损伤控制性技术在急诊外科的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨损伤控制性手术(DCS)在急诊外科的应用。方法 对2007年6月～2009年10月我院收治并随访的12例按DCS策略救治的严重创伤伤员的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 按DCS纳入标准入组的12例严重多发伤员先进行急诊手术控制出血和污染,然后给予ICU复苏,待生命体征稳定后,再进行后续治疗。结论 针对多发创伤的特点,按DCS策略选取适合对象进行救治,可减少伤员死亡率。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Damage Control Surgery(DCS) in the treatment of serious trauma of emergency surgery. MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 12 cases treated by DCS in emergency surgery. ResultsA total of 12 cases selected with the rules of DCS were treated by emergency operation to control the bleeding and contamination,and then resuscitation in ICU was performed.
