[摘要] 目的 探讨混合痔合并便秘的手术方式。方法 本组86例混合痔合并便秘,均行混合痔切除加肛门内括约肌侧切术。结果 经手术治疗后,全部一次治愈。大便通畅,便后无痔核脱出。结论 对于合并有混合痔的便秘患者,治疗痔疮和消除便秘同等重要。
