心力衰竭时神经内分泌改变(1)
[摘要]心力衰竭(heart failure,mm HF)是临床上大多数心血管疾病的最终结局,是导致心血管疾病死亡的主要原因。内源性神经系统的激活与机体内分泌系统特别是心肌局部内分泌网络的失衡都参与了心力衰竭的发生、发展过程。本文就HF时机体的神经内分泌改变以及一些相关体液及细胞因子在这一过程中的相互作用做一综述,其具体机制尚需进一步研究。[关键词] 心力衰竭;神经内分泌;细胞因子

[Abstract] Heart failure(HF) is a clinical final outcome of the majority of cardiovascular diseases and is the leading cause of death. The activation of the endogenous nervous system and the endocrine system,especially,the regional myocardial endocrine network,are involved in the occurrence and development of heart failure. We review neuroendocrine changes in HF and the interaction of some relevant humoral and cellular factors in this process,and further studies of its specific mechanisms should be still needed.
