阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术200例分析

[摘要]目的 探讨阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术诊断宫颈上皮内瘤样变的准确性。方法 回顾性分析我院2008年12月～2009年12月门诊行阴道镜下宫颈结合颈管搔刮术提示为宫颈上皮内瘤样变的病例200例,进行宫颈LEEP/锥切术,比较病理结果。结果 两者病理结果相对符合率达到94.5%,两种方法结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 阴道镜下宫颈活检结合颈管搔刮术是诊断宫颈上皮内瘤样变的有效方法。
