不同术式对肝包虫病疗效的临床观察

[摘要] 目的 观察不同术式对肝包虫病的疗效。方法 回顾性分析吐鲁番地区人民医院普通外科收治的86例肝包虫病患者的临床资料。结果 内囊摘除术80例,复发4例;外囊摘除术4例和肝叶切除术2例近期效果好;复发患者3例行窦道清除术而治愈,另1例再次行内囊摘除术而治愈。结论 对肝包虫病患者采取“个体化”的手术方案,可取得较好的治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect in the treatment of hepatic hydatidosis by different methods of operation. Methods 86 cases of hepatic hydatidosis were studied by retrospective analysis in the department of general surgery of the People’s Hospital of Turfan District. Results We obtained comparatively good therapeutic effect in the treatment of hepatic hydatidosis by the method of excision of internal capsule,excision of external capsule,hepatolobectomy and sinus tract clearance ......
