经皮椎间盘旋切术+臭氧联合治疗椎间盘突出症疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨经皮穿剌椎间盘旋切术+医用臭氧治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 60例腰椎间盘突出症患者先行椎间盘旋切术,同时经套管向椎间盘内注入臭氧气体10～20mL及盘外软组织注入臭氧气体10～15mL,观察其疗效。结果 60例患者随访1～6个月,总有效率达95%,其中显效率达80%,有效率达15%,无效5%,未发生任何并发症。结论 经皮椎间盘旋切术+臭氧治疗椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的方法,它创伤小、见效快、费用低,并放宽了微创治疗椎间盘突出症适应证。
