[摘要] 目的 探讨经尿道电切(TURBt)加汽化电切术(TVBt)治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法 对96例浅表性膀胱肿瘤行经尿道电切加汽化电切术治疗,术后施行丝裂霉素膀胱灌注化疗。结果 96例膀胱肿瘤均一次切除,全组无膀胱穿孔、无输血。随访1~5年,复发16例(16.7%)。结论 经尿道电切加汽化电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤具有出血少、操作简便、视野清晰、瘤体组织清除彻底等优点。

    Combination of Transurethral Resection of the Bladder Tumor(TURBT)and Transurethral Vaporization of the Bladder Tumor(TVBT)in the Treatment of Bladder Tumor

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy of combining transurethral resection of the bladder tumor(TURBT) and transurethral vaporization of the bladder tumor(TVBT)in bladder cancer treatment. Methods 96 patients with superficial bladder tumor were treated by TURBT combined with TVBT. After the surgery,patients were treated by chemotherapy using mitomycin(MMC) filled into the bladder. Results 96 bladder tumors were all excised at one time with no bladder perforation and no blood transfusion. In the follow-up visits during 1-5 years after the surgery,16 recurrences were found(16.7%). Conclusion Conbination of TURBT and TVBT in bladder cancer treatment has the advantage of less bleeding,simplicity in operation,clear field of view,and complete excision of the tumor. ......
