迄今对S100A6基因在宫颈癌中表达和临床意义的研究均较少,且一般采用的是S-P免疫组化的方法,在蛋白的水平上分析该基因与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。本研究运用实时荧光定量技术进行宫颈癌组织中S100A6定量检测,在转录水平上分析该基因与宫颈癌浸润和恶性程度的关系。表达量上分析,三组标本两两之间具有明显的差异,而且从宫颈良性病变组到宫颈癌未合并淋巴结转移组直至宫颈癌合并淋巴结转移组,宫颈组织中S100A基因表达量呈明显上升趋势。由此可见,S100A6基因与宫颈病变的恶性程度和淋巴结转移相关,表达量的上调与淋巴结转移是相关的。
