[摘要] 蛋白激酶过度活跃是导致某些肿瘤的病因,蛋白激酶抑制剂的开发成为了抗肿瘤药物的研究热点之一。激酶组学主要通过高通量筛选技术迅速而准确地对整个激酶组(细胞中全部的激酶集合)进行研究,分析显示了在复杂的信号网络中蛋白的功能活性状态。完整的人体蛋白激酶图谱的完成,为开发出肿瘤以及其他疾病的新一代治疗药物提供了重要信息。
