茂名市结核病控制项目实施五年情况分析

[摘要] 目的 分析茂名市实施“广东省结核病控制项目”五年来的情况。方法 根据全市结核病报表分析肺结核患者发现、登记及治疗效果。结果 广东省结核病控制项目从2002年1月1日～2006年12月31日实施五年来,共接诊可疑肺结核症状者53 881例,发现活动性肺结核患者16 564例,发现涂阳肺结核12 653例,其中新发现涂阳患者11 513例,新发现涂阳患者新登记率为34.4/10万,涂阳患者登记率为37.8/10万,涂阳患者治愈率为96.8%。结论 茂名市实施“广东省结核病控制项目”五年来,取得了高发现率和高治愈率的成效,实现了结控项目可持续发展的目标。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze theFive-year implement in Maoming city according to Guangdong province tuberculosis control project. Methods According to tuberculosis report of Maoming City,we analyzed tuberculosis patients’ discovery,registration and treatment effect. Results Since the implement of Guangdong province tuberculosis control project from Jan. 1,2002 to Dec. 31,2006,53881 cases had showed suspected pulmonary tuberculosis symptoms,16564 cases active pulmonary tuberculosis and 12653 cases smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis,particularly 11513 cases new smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Maoming city ......
