[摘要] 目的 探讨EDTA根管冲洗液结合显微超声技术对老年人钙化、阻塞后牙根管的临床疗效。方法 针对老年人根管治疗中出现的根管钙化、阻塞等原因无法采用常规根管治疗的病例,采用EDTA根管冲洗液结合显微超声根管技术疏通根管,完成根管治疗。观测患牙2年后的临床效果并评价。结果 298颗患牙中成功完成根管治疗的病例有236颗,成功率为79%。结论 EDTA根管冲洗液结合显微超声根管技术是进行老年人后牙的根管治疗的一种可行而有效的方法。
