脊柱损伤患者翻身角度的探讨

[摘要] 目的 通过对脊柱损伤患者翻身角度的探讨,找到适合脊柱损伤患者翻身的角度。方法 选择80例脊柱损伤被动体位患者进行自身对照研究,比较侧卧30°、60°与90°时患者的舒适感、体位维持时间、皮肤受压情况。结果 侧卧30°、侧卧60°、侧卧90°组患者的舒适率、体位维持4h比率和皮肤完好率呈逐级显著降低趋势(P<0.05)。结论 侧卧30°、60°是脊柱损伤患者最佳的翻身角度。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe lateral recumbent position in patients with spinal injury,and evaluate proper lateral recumbent position. MethodsThe patient comfort,the posture maintenance time and the skin under pressure situation were compared at lateral recumbent degrees of 30°,60°and 90°in 80 passive position patients with spinal injury as self-control study.
